Lauren is a sonic healer, she uses her voice, melodies, and lyrics to move energy and create possibility for herself and others. Her work in designed to support people in recovery from physical, mental, and/or emotional injury/trauma. She is passionate about unlocking her whole voice and believes in that process she is able to heal her whole self. Lauren loves working with people supporting others in this process.

Jennifer is a Jungian analyst who is keenly interested in the intersections of mind, body and spirit. She listens into the sounds of the soul as they arise out of the emotions of human experience. She encourages expression, creativity, resonance and release to foster individuation and community.
